If your products already include the tax and simply want the tax to be displayed, then you need to set the following Software Configuration option:

Setting this to Yes tells VPCART that the tax is included in the price of the product, but the amount of tax should be displayed as a line item in the checkout. |
Note: Some code changes in shoptax.asp may be required to produce the correct result in some cases.
