This is a feature in VPCART that will enhance the way of all SUBMIT buttons in your site. The related configuration is below

Set this to Yes to enable spinning image after submit button pressed. |
Default pack will have this config xsubmit_load set to
Yes.
Please take note since VPCart 9.00, this config will only
apply to SUBMIT buttons on PAYMENT page.

like the spinning image in background every time you press a button on your
payment page, then you can set xsubmit_load to No.
