If you want to resend digitally delivered files to your customer, you can do so by clicking the Re-Mail icon next to the order you want to resend.
This will bring up a form that allows you to specify who you want to email and what you want to send.

The order ID. |

You can choose one of the following:
- Resend order confirmation mail This will resend the order email to customer.
- Resend file If you choose this, the field "File Name" will be displayed for you automatically. You can add an attachment to your email. Enter the full path to the filename here. For example,
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\example.com\downloads\test.zip |
