VPCART 8.00 includesthe new “Phone/Mail Order” feature that will allow a suitably authorized administrator to quickly enter phone/mail orders into the system.
This will be useful for phone/mail orders allowing an
administrator to reduce the time taken to enter lengthy orders since they do not
have to search for each product through the front end.
With the Quick
Admin Order Form:
1. You are able to login as order administrator to perform
the quick order function.
2. You are able to search / add customer to quick
order (only 1 customer allowed).
3. You are able to search / add products to quick order (no gift products are allowed).
4. You are able to make order through Phone/Mail
OrderSystem.
To activate this feature, go to :
Modules>Modules Manager>phoneorder>Edit.
Set Enable? to Yes.
To start using the
Phone/Mail Order system, you can access the form using the menu
below:

The Phone/Mail
Order systemhas its own separate header and footer compared to the normal cart
that identifies the checkout process as a phone/mail order.
The
following Software Configuration options allow you to setup templates used in
your Phone/Mail Order system:
