The Abandoned Cart feature will trigger under the following
circumstances:
* A customer is logged into their account, adds an item to
the cart, then leaves without having attempted to purchase.
* A visitor adds something to their cart, begins checkout and
enters their email address, and gets as far as submitting their shipping and
billing information, but did not enter any payment information.
* VPCart
only sent notification email once for each abandoned cart.
* VPCart would send out the notification automatically
or manual set by merchant.
* Failed payment orders can be included in Abandoned Cart if set by merchant in administration.
