If you choose to use this Fixed shipping method, you will also need to turn off the config “xshippingdatabaserecords” by setting “xshippingdatabaserecords” to No.
If you have specified that there are free shippingproducts and only those are purchased, then the shipping cost will be zero. Otherwise, the shipping will always be whatever is in xfixedshipping cost.
