Please go to administration menu on the top : Store > Orders
There should be a green button “Notify Abandoned Cart” at the bottom of orders as shown in screenshot below:
You must tick/select the order(s) (in dark orange color) that you want them to get abandoned cart emails and then only click the “Notify Abandoned Cart” button.
In the example below, order id 3 has been ticked to get the abandoned cart email.
There is also a new menu in the top section of Orders administration page called “Abandoned Cart Orders”.
This page will display all orders that are not marked as processed yet, and with Payment Type (ocardtype) is empty.
If you previously have set this setting ”Do you want to include failed payment orders identified as abandoned cart?” to Yes from Modules Manager of the Abandoned Cart module, this page will also list all orders that have Payment Type (ocardtype) contains value ‘Failed’ or ‘Declined’.
To send out abandoned cart email notification manually, you can tick the checkboxes and click “Notify Abandoned Cart” button.
After you have clicked the button, you should see the message for the status eg.
