To setup “Persistent Products in Cart,” click the Edit icon on the right side. You can change the settings afterwards according to your preferences.
Below is the explanation of the configurations:
“Persistent Products in Cart”is a new module inVPCART 8.00.
It allows your store to save shopping cart items into the database.The cart
items will remain populated even if customers have left the site.When they
reopen the site at a later time, they will still see the cart items they added
last time.
The difference between the existing module compared to
previous versions(V7 and below) is that the current VPCART 8.00“Persistent
Products in Cart” is database driven, while the past versions do not use
database to store cart items.
If your VPCART 8.00 version is Plus and
Deluxe, “Persistent Products in Cart” is already installed as a module, by
default, in Modules Manager.
If you are using VPCART LITE or VPCART
VALUE, you can purchase the “Persistent Products in Cart” module at :

After
you have installed it into your site, this module will be listed in the Modules
Manager section automatically :
