If you want to use VPCART to simply display a catalog of products, the prices, quantity and ordering,
displays can be turned off by setting a couple of Software
Configuration options.
You can use VPCART facilities to display:
• Information of any sort, organized into categories and subcategories.
• Use the administrative facilities to update the information.
• Use VPCART’s extensive search facilities to search the data.
• Use the shopquery.asp facility to create your own information specific searches.
• Use VPCART’s extensive formatting options to display your own unique fields and captions for
the information.
• All this can be done with no program changes to
VPCART

Setting this to Yesprevents anyone from ordering from your site, but they can still view products. This is useful if you want to use VPCART to generatea catalog.
