If the administrator selects “Search/Add Customers” they will
be presented with a page which will provide a text box to search for and list
customers by First Name, Last Name, and EmailAddress.
In the example above, if an administrator
searched for the words “fred”, “buyer” or “[email protected] ”,
a record can be found in the result.
Using the “Search/Add Customers” page, the
administrator will be able to quickly identify if the customer is a previous
user or not. If a customer is recognized by the system, when the administrator
clicks on the“Add” button, it will carry out a login function and allow
the administrator to login as that customer. If not, there will be an option for
“New Customer” which will simply bypass the login.
Administrator is only
allowed to add a customer to perfom a quick order.Below is the screenshot after

To change to another customer data to
perfom other orders, you need to click the Remove button first and then
try to search for other customers.
