This tutorial will walk you through how to enable PayPal Payments Standard on your site.

There are 2 ways of setting your site up to use PayPal Payments Standard.

The first assumes you already have a PayPal account. The second walks you through the process of creating a PayPal account using a step by step wizard approach.

In this tutorial I will assume you have already signed up for PayPal Standard and want to add PayPal to your check out process.

Step 1:
Log into your admin and go to:

Modules > Payment Gateways

Step 2:
Click PayPal configuration.

Step 3:
Set xPaypal to Yes

Step 4:
Enter into xpaypalEmail the email address you have registered with PayPal.

Now click Continue.

Step 5:
Go to your storefront and make a test purchase. You will now see on the check out page the ability to pay using PayPal.

To set up PayPal Pro simply enter your PayPal Pro account details in the same section in the admin and your site will now use PayPal Pro.
