Now this is the most important thing in your business, tracking conversions. Conversion here is everything you want your visitors to do. We divide conversions into 2 classes, namely:

  • Macro Conversion: Gives you a monetary or business impact. For example Transactions
  • Micro Conversion: It has no monetary impact, but an interaction phase to increase trust. For example: register for a Newsletter or download a Company Profile.
  • This is the reporting section where you need to make changes and adjustments to different sites.

In this conversion report, some things you can get:

  • Track the process of Goal, how long does it take? how many visits? through any media?

If the above report doesn't satisfy you, take it easy, because this platform allows you to do even more:

  • Create reports based on specific segments , for example reports from SEO visitors only or reports from visitors in the city of Jakarta only
  • Create new derived reports from basic reports. The basic report distributed above can still be combined again.
  • Track the impact of offline campaigns on the site
