Set Free Shipping Option for Country
Step1: Login to Admin
Step2: Go to Advanced Settings > International
Step3: Click "View/Edit Countries"
Step4: Search related country, eg; Australia
Step5: Click "Edit"
Step6: Set "countryfreeshipping" to Yes and click "Update" button
Set Free Shipping Option for State
Step1: Login to Admin
Step2: Go to Advanced Settings > International
Step3: Click "View/Edit States"
Step4: Search related state, eg; California
Step5: Click "Edit"
Step6: Set "countryfreeshipping" to Yes and click "Update" button
