Step 1. Specific products can be excluded from tax. For this go to VPCART administration: Advanced settings >> Software configuration
Step 2. In the search box type in 'xtaxexcludeproducts' and click search icon
Step 3. xtaxexcludeproducts : This is a list of catalogids of products for which tax is to be excluded. For example ? 12,20,40
Step 4. Xtaxexcludeproductsdb : This is the name of a field in the product record. If this field is not empty, then this product is excluded from tax. For example ? pother4.
Step 5. Modify the settings according to your preference and click 'continue' button
