From January 1, 2021, businesses based in Great Britain will need an EORI number to import and export goods to the EU.
An EORI number ? which stands for an Economic Operator Registration and Identification Number ? is a unique ID code used to track and register customs information in the EU.
As you know, VPCart already have the VAT field in the customer billing form at the checkout. You can still use this VAT field for your customers to enter their EORI number.
The validation will still be the same.
This is the default VAT Number field in VPCart:
You can try to change the caption "VAT Number" to read eg "EU EORI Number".
This can be done by updating the Language keyword "langvatnumber" value as above.
