Layout Manager - Using CMS Layout Duplicate Feature

In latest VPCart, we have feature in Layout Manager to duplicate an existing layout.

To use this feature, you can go to admin menu: Website > Layout Manager

Then locate the section "CONTENT LAYOUT CMS FORM" as shown below:



First, you choose which existing layout that you want to duplicate.
For example, you want to duplicate the Default layout that have left and right columns. Then please select Default from dropdowns.



Then in the dropdowns next to it, please select CMS Layout Duplicate as shown on screenshot below:



Then click Action button.


You will see a popup showing the layout is duplicated as shown below:



Simply change the name to your own liking. For example, you will use this new layout for product details page that maybe in your site is using only left column. And you want to assign this new layout to product details page.
You may change the value to eg:

Content Type Name : Product Details page
Left Column Enable : Yes
Right Column Enable : Yes
Page file Name : shopexd.asp



Once done, then click Save Changes.

If you go to product details page (shopexd.asp) then it should be showing in left and right column.
