If you added Column Category container on left/right side and does not show any categories records, please ensure that xnavigatecategories set to Yes
1. Login to your admin control panel.
2. Go to Advanced Settings > Software Configuration .
3. Please enter xnavigatecategories in the search box.
4. Set to Yes to display categories as a list for easier navigation.
