ISAPI REWRITE permission issue

All of our hosting servers now have the ISAPI Rewrite module installed so all of our hosting customers will be able to use the .htaccess file for URL rewriting

If for some reason the .htaccess does not have any effect on your site even though the rewrite rules are already valid and correct, you will need to submit a ticket to our helpdesk as the following may need to be checked by our staff:

• 1. Make sure the "httpdocs" folder has a read permission for the user "IIS_WPG"
• 2. Check the error.log and rewrite.log found in the ISAPI Rewrite installation folder for any issues
• 3. The IIS service may need to be restarted.
